Wiehann Mentz's Lifestyle Programme (per month)
Wiehann believes that anything below 24 weeks is an unreasonable timeframe to build a fit, healthy body that is also sustainable longer term. Therefore, Wiehann designed this specialised online service to help his clients make muscular gains and lose bodyfat over a 6 month period.
This Lifestyle programme is designed specifically for working people that can commit at least (a) 90 minutes per week for a consultation with Wiehann Mentz, (b) 4 days a week to working out, and (c) willing to follow nutrition advice (but may not want to follow a rigid diet necessarily).
Please note that this programme is a month to month charge, but that one scheduled meeting is required to proceed. Please go ahead and schedule your first online meeting with Wiehann Mentz.

(1) Weekly check-in with Wiehann Mentz, or as instructed by Wiehann Mentz,(2) Month to month access to Wiehann Mentz by WhatsApp, ABC Trainerize, Scheduled Zoom Meetings, and Email,
(3) ABC Trainerize User License sent to the the email that you used to sign up and pay to execute your workout programme and nutrition programme, status photos, and communications with Wiehann Mentz,
(5) A Wiehann Mentz customised workout programme tailored to your needs and availability delivered in ABC Trainerize online app, and
(6) Online support from Capital Fitness Hub when needed.
